The Dobbie's Hare - clay original

the Dobbie's Hare II

January 29, 2015

The second new clay sculpture is the familiar of "the White Dobbie", a spectral, ghost-like, weary pilgrim, haunting the coastal road from Rampside to Bardsea in the very nort west corner of Lancashire. Hence the sceletal features and the upright pose....

I used a grey clay which will fire white - while I consider casting it.
